How To Gain Confidence As A Man

Who doesn't want to be confident and have high self esteem? It will transform your life in all areas, make better relationships, and get your promoted at work. There are many ways to do this so I'll be covering some easy ways you can start.

Working Out

One of the best places to start is with your body. You have 100% control of how you look so there is no excuse not to exercise. You should start small by walking and doing bodyweight exercises. This will create a good base for you to build off later. From there you can begin weightlifting and doing more intense cardio. This will build muscle, burn fat, and drastically make your body better. Pair this with more protein in your diet and less unhealthy foods and you'll look incredible. Remember that it is a process and takes time so enjoy the journey and be patient.

Dressing Better

If you found my blog then odds are you already have an interest in fashion. For those that are new, style will improve your confidence ten fold. Once you see yourself in well fitted clothing you seriously will never go back to dressing sloppy again. Even understanding the basics of mens style will make a huge difference. Over time you will create a unique wardrobe tailored to your liking. Women also love a man that dresses well so that is a bonus too.

Being Social

Becoming a social butterfly can take time and energy but is extremely rewarding. You create what I call social momentum. You feel confident and warmed up after speaking with people and it naturally becomes more fluent for you. Next you know you're making friends, getting dates, and networking harder than ever. Every time you are out make an effort to be more talkative even if it's just with a cashier or other customer in a store.
